What is a resort cottage?
A Hollow Valley Resort cottage is a 4-season vacation home, built and manufactured by General Coach Canada. These high-end modern luxury cottages are built using the highest quality materials manufactured in a state-of-the-art fabrication facility. How much do resort cottages cost?
Black Diamond models start from as little as $220,040 for a single-wide unit and double-wide units start at $299,150. Most of our customers purchase using our very affordable finance package, with down payments from as low as 20%. Learn more about how easy it is to become a resort cottage owner today.
What is included?
For a worry and stress-free cottage experience we have an monthly resort management fee which covers all basic utilities, garbage disposal, grounds maintenance, on site management and reception, and full use of all resort amenities. Monthly fees vary depending on your chosen lot location. * Internet is not included.
What is the monthly resort management fee?
Our monthly resort management starts from as low as $500 per month, depending on lot location. This fee may seem higher than other resort fees but our resort is quite different for two reasons. 1) You have access to your cottage for 10 months of the year, including the winter months. Most resorts are only available for 5 months of the year. 2) We bill monthly instead of charging an annual fee up-front each season.
Are you pet friendly?
We sure are! But we ask that you clean up after your dogs immediately and that they are leashed in all common areas when other dogs are present.
Is this a timeshare?
No, you purchase and own your resort cottage outright. In the event you no longer wish to stay on the resort, you are free to sell your resort cottage or remove it from the property. We do not make owners commit to signing long-term leases. We only require that the monthly managment fee is paid in advance month to month.
Am I allowed to bring my own RV?
Unfortunately, no. All owners must purchase a Black Diamond model directly from us. We offer a high-end luxury resort experience and want to ensure that all cottages are consistent with our vision in terms of quality and asthetics.
Can I rent my cottage out when I'm not using it?
Yes, we have a fully managed rental program. We take care of everything from advertising to cleaning and our resort cottage owners receive revenue that they can use towards their annual fees.

Yes, we use a number of lenders from traditional bank financing to a more specialized financing options. There are no penalties or hidden fees should you choose to pay out the loan early. Rates and terms may vary depending on approved credit and your personal financial situation. We can usually offer alternative finance options to help Hollow Valley offer funding for all (OAC).
What other costs can I expect?
Just like your home or car, your resort cottage requires insurance too! Ask about our competitive group insurance rate. This program includes seasonal cottage inspections. We also offer Internet access for an addditional monthly fee.
